Shipping Policy & Information
Choosing weather and shipping transit time
Please let us know with your order if you’d like to schedule your wine shipment for a specific date-range based on high or low temperatures to your recipient state. (After you enter your shipping information, there is a box to check to Add Shipping Instructions.)
In addition to choosing a shipping date, there is the option of expedited shipping (such as overnight or 2day) for an additional cost. Unless otherwise specified, our current default shipment is Ground.
Age Verification: By placing an order with us you are stating that you are 21 years of age and that the recipient of the order is also 21 years of age. We require you to verify that you are of legal age to order our wines. We also pay extra to our shipping carrier to add the Adult Signature option, and then the carrier verifies the age of the recipient when delivering the package.
Receiving a Shipment: If the recipient of the wine will not be at home during regular business hours, we highly recommend sending the order to a commercial or business address where the package can be received and signed for. Orders containing alcohol cannot be left on a doorstep, sent to a P.O. Box, or be left with someone who is visibly intoxicated. If no one is available for delivery, two additional attempts will generally be made. If the package is never received or picked up and returned to us, there will be an additional shipping charge to resend the package.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of the users of our website. When you place an order or provide us with personal information, we use it for internal or service related purposes only. The information we collect is used to notify you of changes to the website, new releases, or special offers and events we think you’ll find valuable. This information is NOT shared with anyone beyond the support staff of our website and winery, except when required by Law Enforcement investigation.
Terms of Agreement
By purchasing our products, the Customer represents that he/she has read, understands, and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth on this website, and that he/she is at least twenty one (21) years old and has the legal ability to engage in a contract in the State of Oregon. If the Customer does not accept all the terms and conditions set forth within, he/she should not purchase or use our products. It is further understood that these terms are subject to change from time-to-time, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
